What we do

Kurt Sacher, CEO of Sacher Solutions, brings over 39 years of experience in education and a proven record of system‑wide leadership. He served as Superintendent of Chinook’s Edge School Division for 15 years, earning the provincial EXL Award for Excellence in School System Leadership (2021) and the Roy E. Cope Award for significant contributions to the division (2025). Prior roles include Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources for Wolf Creek Public Schools and school‑based leadership in BC and Alberta.

A respected facilitator, Kurt has led professional learning for several school divisions and presented for CASS summer leadership programs for over two decades. He served as CASS President (2018–19) and on its Board for five years.
